Calculators

Actual loan amounts, payments, DSCR, leverage, interest, fees, required equity, and other terms may differ following underwriting, valuation, and final program review.

For DSCR calculators specifically, actual qualifying DSCR may differ based on the methodology used for qualifying rent, taxes, insurance, HOA/PUD expenses, debt service, appraisal findings, and other underwriting adjustments.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Fire Strategies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or Green Fire Strategies services, including lost profits, lost investment opportunities, lost anticipated returns, carrying costs, contract losses, lost revenue, or losses associated with an unsuccessful or delayed transaction.

Green Fire Strategies does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, uninterrupted third-party services, financing approval, funding availability, valuation outcomes, or the performance of independent parties. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

No Relationship Created by Website Use
