Qualifying complete files may close in as few as 10 days, but the actual timeline depends on valuation, title, documentation, underwriting, and the applicable provider.

What if I do not currently qualify on my own?

We may be able to review alternative financing structures, lower-leverage options, compensating factors, or a qualified third-party credit sponsor on eligible business-purpose transactions. A credit sponsor becomes an actual guarantor or obligated party — not merely a name added to the file — and all parties must be fully disclosed to and approved by the applicable financing provider. Sponsorship is not available for every transaction and does not guarantee approval.
